Featuring two layers of soft, fluffy sponge sandwiched together with sweet raspberry jam, finished with an extra layer of sticky jam on top. Enjoy it warm on its own or add a generous helping of smooth, creamy plain custard. Custard is completely optional, of course, but it’s definitely our go-to!
